I can’t recommend Shinesty and their products enough. A friend of mine encouraged me to try them so I ordered a few pairs and I’m never switching back to my old underwear.

I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon and the underwear arrived in the mail on Friday, they must have shipped it out the same day! It’s far too common for companies to have multi-day “processing time” ahead of actually shipping orders but Shinesty doesn’t mess around like that. Your item will actually arrive within the delivery window of the shipping option you select, if not sooner.

Their customer service is amazing during the whole process and will gladly help you determine which of their products will be the best for your body and what size you should order for optimum comfort. I recommend Shinesty and their products to everyone, regardless of whether they are new to pouch underwear or currently wear a different brand, because Shinesty really is the best of the best!

Great quality clothing and products! I recently purchased a dress for myself and a denim shirt for my fiancé for a July 4th BBQ. We received so many compliments! I also have an underwear subscription for my sons and one for myself. I really love the whimsical prints.

This product did not disappoint! My husband works in construction and he loved that his jewels stayed in place all day at work. There was no need to readjust in between the heavy lifting. He was also very amused by the design I chose out for him (reverse cloud girl). Besides the great product, I originally made a mistake with the shipping address and Alexandria in the customer service department was very helpful and sincere in making sure I was still able to receive my product in time. I have ordered tons of their product for my husband and he is obsessed with them which is surprising with how picky he is. I decided to order for myself as well and ended up not being happy with the women's products but customer service took care of me right away. I ordered a subscription from them but my 2 random pairs weren't what I was looking for style wise but Shinesty's customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order and resolve my problem before the pairs even left the warehouse, with a really short turnaround too (under 1 business day). The products are comfortable and great quality (subscription underwear is at a great price point too) and I'll be coming back especially because of how great their customer service is!
